RETURNS
You have the option to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, for any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a registered letter with return receipt to:

Stating:
- Name, surname, and email address used for the order
- Order number and product you intend to return
- Reason for return
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Upon request, it is possible to arrange collection via a trusted courier of the jewelry store.
The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the goods, using the agreed method and net of any return shipping costs.
Alternatively, you can independently ship the product using your preferred courier; insured shipping is recommended.
The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with original packaging, tags, warranty certificates, and all accessories received.
To ensure proper protection during transport, it is important to use adequate packaging.
Returns for online purchases cannot be made in-store.
Please note that personalized products, those made to order, custom-made, or engraved, are not eligible for return.
SERVICES
Gioielleria Stefano Quaranta offers a complete service, designed to accompany the customer at every stage, before and after the purchase.
You can choose between home delivery via insured courier or direct in-store pickup. The same services are also available for products booked via WhatsApp.
The jewelry store also offers a specialized repair service for jewelry, watches, and silverware. Interventions are carried out through official manufacturer assistance or entrusted to qualified artisans in the sector, to guarantee maximum quality and reliability.
Engraving and customization services are also available, carried out internally or through specialized laboratories, to make each creation unique and tailor-made.
